Algorithmic Allocation

Algorithmic allocation is the distribution of resources through automated ranking, prioritization, eligibility rules, and access controls. The systems that assign energy, computing power, credit, or other resources thereby become a source of allocation authority.

Algorithmic allocation does not require visible commands or public decisions. It emerges through prioritization rules, optimization models, queue systems, eligibility criteria, and real-time access controls.

Energy, computing power, credit, bandwidth, housing, healthcare, and attention are progressively distributed by systems that rank, throttle, approve, or deny in real time.

In such environments, power is exercised not by owning resources directly, but by controlling the mechanisms that assign them.

This site does not advocate a position or provide a service, framework, or policy proposal.

Its purpose is to name a structural shift already operating across infrastructure, governance, and economic systems — often without explicit recognition.

This page is intentionally minimal.

It exists to ensure the term Algorithmic Allocation has a stable place to stand.
